與一般雪藏訂單一樣，我們會在收到顧客訂單後馬上安排，逢周一至周三發貨，並於下一個工作天派送。

每周三截單後，為確保訂單能穩定派送，我們將順延至下周一發件。 如有任何特別查詢，煩請顧客務必聯絡我們，以便安排。謝謝。

DHL / DPD Third-Party Delivery Regions:

As we normal practice for handling frozen orders, we will immediately prepare your order after receiving. We dispatch frozen orders every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and all will be marked as NEXT DAY Delivery.

For orders received after Wednesdays, we will resume dispatching the next Monday, to ensure logistics are stable.

If you have anything to discuss about your order, please do contact us to ensure a smooth delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Orders made before 8am on Monday: Parcel will be dispatched the same day, customer will normally receive it the next working day.

Orders made before 8am on Tuesday: Parcel will be dispatched the same day, customer will normally receive it the next working day.

Orders made before 8am on Wednesday: Parcel will be dispatched the same day, customer will normally receive it the next working day.

Orders made after 8am on Wednesday: Parcel will be dispatched the following Monday.

*Reminder* For address other than our Self Delivery Region, frozen products would be delivered using DHL as the courier. This is a NO REFUND product in any circumstances. Due to rising temperature, please note that the frozen products could be defrosted/ could be spoiled during delivery. WaNaHong would not bare the responsibility and there is no refund for this particular product. We do not advise you to consume the defrosted item. Please re-consider before purchase.

Mooncake Order Information

1. Delivery Date: Immediate Dispatch. Orders will arrive before Mid-Autumn Festival.
2. To ensure items can arrive on time, we will immediately dispatch the goods. Kindly note that no special arrangement is available on reserving the goods for a later date dispatch.
3. For customers in our Self-Delivery Region, we will normally arrange our own driver to bring to you the mooncakes. More details will follow later via SMS / Email.
4. We will ensure Frozen Item is shipped with adequate thermal protection, including the using of Polystyrene Box and Coolant, so the items could be kept at a low temperature during transit. However, in the unfortunate event of rising temperature or occasional delays in transit, please note that the frozen products could be defrosted and spoiled during delivery. WaNaHong would not bear the responsibility and there is no refund for this particular product. We do not advise you to consume the defrosted item. Please re-consider before purchase. Again, this presale product is a NO REFUND item in any circumstances.
5. For Extra Delivery Fee charged by courier (DHL / DPD), we will confirm with you in a later stage.
