Mooncake Order Information

1. Delivery Date: Estimated Late July – Early September 2024, depending on stock arrival. Orders will be delivered before Mid-Autumn Festival.
2. To ensure items arriving on time, we will immediately dispatch the orders once they are ready. Kindly note there is no special arrangement available on reserving the goods for a later date dispatch.
3. Apart from Mooncake, please DO NOT include other items in this order. We will only process the mooncake on this order.
4. For customers in our Self-Delivery Region, we will normally arrange our own driver to bring to you the mooncakes. More details will follow later via SMS / Email.
5. For customer in other areas, Ambient Mooncake will be delivered by EVRI / Royal Mail tracked; while Snowy Mooncake will be delivered by DHL / DPD.
6. We will ensure Frozen Item is shipped with adequate thermal protection, including the use of Polystyrene Box and Coolant, so the items could be kept at a low temperature during transit. Item condition upon receiving could be a defrosted state. In the unfortunate event of rising temperature or occasional delays in transit, please note that the frozen products could be defrosted and spoiled during delivery. WaNaHong would not bear the responsibility and there is no refund for this particular product. We do not advise you to consume the spoiled item. Please re-consider before purchase. Again, this presale product is a NO REFUND item in all circumstances, we thank you for your understanding.
7. For Extra Delivery Fee charged by courier (DHL / DPD), we will confirm with you in a later stage.

  月餅訂購資訊

1. 送貨日期：預計2024年7月下旬 至 9月初，視乎各品牌運抵英國日期。月餅會於中秋節前送達。
2. 為確保月餅如期派送，我們不設額外留貨 或 延後發件安排，敬請見諒。
3. 參與月餅預訂的顧客，請勿在此訂單中添加月餅以外的產品。其他產品將不會發出。
4. 位於我們自營送貨範圍的顧客，我們會盡力安排自行配送，稍後時間會以SMS / 電郵通知。
5. 位於其他地區的訂單，常溫月餅將由 EVRI / Royal Mail送貨，而雪藏冰皮月餅將由 DHL / DPD運送。
6. 我們會確保雪藏貨品寄出時，配以適合的保溫箱及冷凍劑，以保持冰皮月餅在低溫狀態中運送。然而，受天氣溫度上升或貨品延遲，請注意雪藏產品仍有解凍可能。若產品解凍，產品並不適合食用，華南行亦不作退款。顧客請留意任何情況下，預訂的雪藏產品都不會獲得退貨 / 退款。顧客訂購前請再三斟酌考慮，感謝見諒。
