Our boneless chuck ribs are originally from a local farm in Northern Ireland. It has very nice marble throughout, texture is tender and with a very rich beefy taste. Every slice is thinly cut to a ~1.4mm thickness for the best HOT POT experience.

They are extremely versatile, suitable for hot pot, shabu shabu, stir fry and many more.
