For address other than our Self Delivery Region, frozen products would be delivered using DHL as the courier. This is a NO REFUND product in any circumstances. Due to rising temperature, please note that the frozen products could be defrosted/ could be spoiled during delivery. WaNaHong would not bare the responsibility and there is no refund for this particular product. We do not advise you to consume the defrosted item. Please re-consider before purchase.
