[雪藏] Clavo 西班牙 炸魷魚鬚 1kg

英國餐廳茶樓都比較少見的椒鹽魷魚鬚，現在推出急凍版1KG業務用大袋裝，非常吸引！已經預先調味超方便！
建議傳統油炸，如放入氣炸鍋需噴多點油，撒上冠益華記味椒鹽，瞬間變成「香酥脆椒鹽魷魚鬚」！亦可配上檸檬或沙律醬，方便又美味！

氣炸小貼士：首先，需先在表面沾上適量的油，再放入氣炸鍋，並調至最高溫度。建議以200度氣炸10分鐘，然後翻面再炸4分鐘，以確保均勻受熱。若想提升酥脆口感，可在氣炸前輕微浸泡於油中，效果會更佳。由於脆粉本身不含油，而氣炸過程會將油分逼出，因此適量的油能讓外皮更均勻酥脆。表面必須覆蓋適量油分，以避免乾燥。
