三十士多 魚肉燒賣

《叁拾士多》以燒賣聞名，尤其是招牌的魚肉燒賣，用門鱔和紅衫魚做材料，加入紅葱頭、蒜等配料提味，味道鮮美，鮮味十足。魚肉成份真材實料，絕不手軟。燒賣皮較軟腍，色澤金黃，口感綿密，入口即化，令人回味無窮。食用時加一點甜豉油或辣油，更是開胃、惹味。

建議食法：

• 蒸爐：無需解凍，隔水蒸15分鐘，直至燒賣夠透
• 氣炸鍋：無須解凍，放入氣炸鍋以以200℃炸7-9分鐘

**燒賣內會有啡色/深色黑點，那是炒焦黑的蒜粒，大家可以留意**
