Frozen products would be delivered by DHL. If delivery is delayed (any reason, for example, delivery failed, no one in home, telecom issue, or courier issues), and causing item defrost, WaNaHong would not bare the responsibility. Please be advised that frozen products could be defrost during delivery, we try our best to pack it with ice gel and pack, but occasionally, it happened. Please consider before purchase. Upon arrival please keep it refrigerated and we recommend to consume within 24 hours or manufacturer’s guidelines, whichever is soonest.

If the order is overweight, and if there is ambient dry item in the order, other items could be delivered by another courier.
