Our ox tongue is originally from a local farm in the beautiful land of Ireland. The tongue slice is full of white marble, it is extremely tender, incredibly soft and with a very rich taste. Every slice is thinly cut to a ~1.3mm thickness for the best HotPot, Yakiniku and Korean BBQ experience.

Ox tongue has a very special texture and taste than other cuts of beef. It is very tasty when grilled to have very good caramelization, this would elevate the flavour of the fat and the meat to another level.

這款牛舌片是切成長片狀(手掌大)。一般燒肉店圓形的切法，切成圓形的牛舌會有大小片之差，且靠近舌尖與舌根的口感會不太一樣。於是，我們將牛舌從舌中橫切到靠舌根的長片狀，不僅比較大片，而且口感細嫩爽脆，每一口咬下去的口感，令人回味。
